Nuovi Switch 8-porte Gigabit

EtherWAN aggiunge l'opzione SFP ai propri Switch Ethernet Gigabit EX35000 ed EX65000

Gli Switch Ethernet ad 8 porte Gigabit EX65000 ed EX36000 di EtherWAN hanno sia porte in rame che in fibra ottica.
Per fornire maggior flessibilità alle soluzioni in fibra ottica, EtherWAN ha introdotto nuove versioni di questi Switch con interfacce SFP dove precedentemente era disponibile solo l'interfaccia in fibra ottica. Questa nuova caratteristica fornisce alle interfacce in fibra la flessibilità per soddisfare il maggior numero di applicazioni.
La compatibilità dei moduli SFP forniti da EtherWAN è stata testata per soddisfare gli alti standard di qualità dii tutti i prodotti della propria gamma Ethernet.
Come la maggior parte degli Switch Managed di EtherWAN, il modello EX65000 include anche la tecnologia EtherWAN α-Ring che fornisce un meccanismo di ridondanza di rete ad alta velocità, con tempi di recupero delle interruzioni di rete entro 15 millisecondi, il modello EX35000 è un più semplice Switch Unmanaged con 8 porte Gigabit. Entrambi i modelli sono candidati ideali per applicazioni che necessitano di molta banda e che operano in ambiente difficile.
